ZERO BATS er en no wave / synthpunk duo fra Oslo som lager eksperimentell gotisk musikk. Inspirert av band som Suicide, Bauhaus og Wire, lager ZERO BATS et bindeledd mellom 80 og 90-tallets post-punk og den moderne alternative klubb og kulturscenen. En kombinasjon av sykliske synthesizere, støyende gitarriff og abstrakt lyrikk skaper et mørkt, intenst og psykedelisk lydbilde. Gjennom skildringer av temaer som global oppvarming, fremmedgjøring og livet i en verden dominert av sosiale medier og overforbruk kritiserer og satiriserer ZERO BATS dagens samfunn gjennom sin musikk.

Inspired by bands like Suicide, Bauhaus, and Wire, ZERO BATS creates a link between 80s and 90s post-punk and the modern alternative club and cultural scene. A combination of cyclical synthesizers, noisy guitar riffs, and abstract lyrics creates a dark, intense, and psychedelic soundscape.
