In the current independent label subculture, the idea of DIY has strayed far from its roots in all-ages punk rock spaces. A DIY artist can now harness platforms like Discord, TikTok and Bandcamp to "book their own f** life."

What has been lost? What has been gained? In this panel, moderator Matthew McDermott will speak with several artists and journalists who will shed light on the way musicians are migrating the principles of DIY into a web3 environment.
