Hennie Johnsen (MÍO) - Non-binary musician and multi-instrumentalist in the folk-rock band MIO. Known for a theatrical, energetic stage presence and for mixing gender expression and genres alike.
Kathrine Shepard (Sylvaine) - Multi-instrumentalist and songwriter behind Sylvaine. A strong female voice in a male-dominated genre, nominated for the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemann) in metal for her ethereal and powerful soundscapes.
Leoni Dowidat (Better Noise Music) - Label Manager GSA at Better Noise, formerly A&R at Nuclear Blast, with a background in PR and artist development. Leoni is committed to representation and inclusion within the metal industry, and stands out as a strong young female voice in a male-dominated genre and business.

Matt Rushton (Knotfest) - Producer and content lead at Knotfest, working with documentaries, live programming and partnerships. Former co-host of Hell Bent for Metal, an LGBTQ+ metal podcast nominated for a Heavy Music Award, exploring queer perspectives in the scene.
