Before your trip:

Receiving your ticket:  here

If you haven’t registered yet to get your by:Larm pass, please do so now via this link here (please do not share with anyone).

After registering for your pass, we will have to approve the accreditation on our end. Once we have done so, you will receive a new e-mail with your ticket.

You will also receive an e-mail inviting you to create a profile in our delegate directory. By creating a profile, you’ll be able to browse and contact other delegates who are attending this year’s festival.

When packing for Oslo:

Please take a look at the weather forecast when packing. Note that Oslo in September might be a bit cold. If necessary and possible; bring an option of warm clothes, solid footwear, jacket etc. for walking around in the evenings. Even if it's sunny out it can still be quite cold. Check out the weather forecast here (https://www.yr.no/en/forecast/daily-table/1-72837/Norway/Oslo/Oslo/Oslo).

… also, if you’re into saunas, bring a bathing suit and towel!
